1. Using this website
By using mosaickitchencafe.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Mosaic Kitchen, 3212 Old Pickett Rd, Fairfax, VA 22031 (“Mosaic,” “we,” “us”).
2. Menu, prices & photos
Menu items, prices and availability shown on the Site are for information only and may change without notice. Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include tax or gratuity. Items marked without a price are priced in the restaurant. Food photos on the Site are for illustration and may not show the exact dish, portion or presentation served. If there is a difference between the Site and the in-restaurant menu, the in-restaurant menu applies.
3. Allergens & dietary needs
Our kitchen handles common allergens, including nuts (such as pistachio), dairy, eggs, wheat/gluten, sesame and soy. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of allergens. Please tell your server about any allergy or dietary requirement before ordering.
4. Reservation requests
Submitting the reservation form sends a request only. A reservation is not confirmed until a member of our team contacts you to confirm. We may decline or change requests based on availability. Please call (703) 223-5858 if your plans change or if you need a table the same day.
5. Contact forms & communications
When you use a form on the Site, you agree to provide accurate information and not to send unlawful, abusive or spam content. We may reply by email or phone using the details you provide. An automatic confirmation email may be sent to the address you enter.
6. Your information
We use the name, email, phone number and message you submit only to respond to you and manage your request. We do not sell your personal information. Messages are delivered by email and kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for normal business records. To ask us to update or delete information you sent, email infomosaickitchen@gmail.com.
7. Third-party services
The Site uses third-party services such as Google Maps (for the map and directions), Google Fonts and hosted image services. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only.
8. Content ownership
The Mosaic name, logo, text and design of the Site belong to Mosaic Kitchen or are used with permission. Photos are licensed from their owners. You may not copy or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is.” We work to keep information accurate and the Site available, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mosaic is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
